Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Our standard shipping and return policy will apply. U.S. customers can begin a return [here]. At this time, we are unable to accept international returns.

If your order is processing, you can change the shipping destination before it ships. To change your shipping address, follow the below steps:

  1. First, log into your account here. If you do not have an account, you can still access your order by creating an account with the email address associated with your order.
  2. Within the Order History section, find the corresponding order number and select “View or Manage.”
  3. Scroll to the “Shipping Address” section on the order details page and select the “Change Address” option.
  4. Enter your new address details and select "Confirm Updated Address."
  5. Once completed, your new address will be updated. Due to tax regulations, changes to shipping address must be within the same state.

At this time, we are unable to accommodate product changes on an order; if you selected the incorrect product, please reference the cancelation guide above.

If you don’t see your order confirmation in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. Still can’t find it? Reach out to our Client Services team and we’ll be happy to help.

From time to time, select pieces may find their way back in stock, though restocks aren’t guaranteed and depend on availability.

To stay in the loop, head to the product page, choose your colorway and size, and click “Notify Me.” We’ll send you a note if the style rides back in.

We accept all major credit cards—Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover—as well as PayPal. Please note that during high-volume releases, certain payment methods may be temporarily unavailable for security purposes.

If you experience trouble completing your payment, we recommend reaching out directly to your bank or card provider for assistance. If the issue continues, our Client Services team can help point you in the right direction.

Store credits, gift cards, and promotional offers can’t be applied to past purchases. To receive a discounted price, the item must be part of an active promotion, with the reduced rate valid only during that period.

For questions about using a credit or gift card on a future order, our Client Services team is here to help.

Because each Casual Cowboy piece is produced in limited runs, we’re unable to offer price adjustments on past purchases. Discounts and promotional pricing are only available during the time they are active, ensuring every customer has a fair shot at securing their favorites.

What is your order processing time?

Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CDT will begin processing the following business day.

During peak periods, please allow extra time, as delays may occur due to payment authorization, product availability, or customs clearance. We appreciate your patience—every order is prepared with care before it heads your way.

Exceptions to this timeframe may include: Pre order products with extended delivery timelines. Estimated delivery timeframe will be indicated on the respective product page, during checkout, and in the order confirmation email.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your package directly through the carrier’s website or view tracking details in your account.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your confirmation. If you need further assistance, our Client Services team is here to help.

United States

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $150 (pre-tax) ship free. Delivery within 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS.
  • Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate for orders under $150. Delivery within 3–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee (e.g., $25 for 2-day, $35 for overnight). Delivery within 1–2 business days, depending on the option selected. All U.S. shipping rates are calculated on the order subtotal before taxes and discounts.

International

  • International Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on customs processing.
  • Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees. These vary by country and are determined by local authorities.
  • We ship internationally through trusted carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and USPS International.

United States

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are supported with standard shipping only.

International

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance. Casual Cowboy is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen events such as weather or global disruptions.

Shipping Security

We recommend providing a secure shipping address. Casual Cowboy is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered once they are in the carrier’s possession.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country. These costs are not included in your order total or shipping charge.

We recommend reviewing your country’s import regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected costs. Please note that Casual Cowboy cannot mark shipments as “gifts” or alter declared values—this is prohibited under international shipping regulations.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide; however, some destinations may be restricted due to carrier limitations or local regulations. If your country does not appear at checkout, please reach out to our Client Services team for assistance.

Please note that certain items—such as oversized pieces or pre-order products—may have limited shipping options. Any restrictions will be noted during checkout.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged in transit, please contact our Client Services team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note that Casual Cowboy is not responsible for packages that the carrier has marked as delivered.

At Casual Cowboy, we stand behind the quality of our pieces and want you to love what you wear. If you’re not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of stains, odors, fragrances, scuffs, tears, or snags
  • In original, “sellable” condition
  • Returned in their original dust bag packaging

All returns must be submitted and approved through our Returns Portal prior to sending items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • Swimwear: Must be returned with all original tags and the hygienic liner attached. For sanitary reasons, please try on garments over underwear.
  • All Garments: Must be returned in their original dust bag packaging with manufacturer tags attached and in unworn, sellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • For more details on discounted purchases, please see the Sale Items section below.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact Client Services directly instead of submitting through the Returns Portal.

U.S. customers can begin the return process here. We will not accept returned garments that were not approved in our Returns Portal. No exceptions. For US customers, a return label will be provided. International customers must arrange and pay for their own return shipping.

To complete your return, follow these steps:

  • In the Returns Portal, please enter your order ID, the unique 7 digit series, followed by the email used to complete this order.
  • Once the return form is submitted, a prepaid UPS return label will be generated.
  • Place all items you wish to return in their original packaging, including any hangtags, and send using the attached prepaid UPS return label. The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Items not returned in their original condition may not be accepted.
  • We will notify you as soon as your item is received and processed. Once item(s) are received and inspected, a refund will be issued for returned items.

At this time, we are unable to accept international returns. All international orders are considered final sale.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Returns for a refund will incur an $8 return shipping fee, deducted from your refund total.
  • We offer free return shipping when you choose store credit.
  • Casual Cowboy is not responsible for return items lost in transit.
  • At this time, we do not provide return labels for international customers.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after your return has been received and inspected. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, we recommend submitting a return and selecting store credit, which can be used to place a new order for the correct item.

Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged. Made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged. Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Seasonal Sale Purchases: Items purchased during seasonal sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Made-to-Order Products: Due to their custom nature, made-to-order pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Final Sale Items: Any item marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

We craft every piece to ride with you for the long haul. A little extra care keeps them looking sharp.

  • Cold water, gentle cycle. Wash inside out.
  • Mild soap only. Remove any accessories before washing.
  • Skip the dryer—lay flat to dry, away from direct sun.
  • Ironing isn’t our first pick, but if needed, use a cloth between the iron and fabric.
  • Fold to keep shape; wrinkles will smooth once you’re back in the saddle.

For Swimwear

  • Hand wash cold, no twisting or wringing.
  • Never tumble dry, iron, or dry clean.
  • Lay flat in the shade to dry—it’ll stay looking sharp all summer long.

  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Payment Authorization: If your payment is declined, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery.
  • Fraud Prevention: We may cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Casual Cowboy is not responsible for delays outside our control, including customs clearance, carrier issues, or unforeseen disruptions.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our [Returns Policy] applies to all purchases. Items must meet our return conditions (unworn, unwashed, in original dust bag packaging, with tags attached, etc.). Certain items — including final sale, made-to-order, and international purchases — are not eligible for return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, excluding original shipping fees.

6. Gift Cards & Store Credit

Gift cards and store credit are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. They may only be used on the Website.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and product designs — is the property of Casual Cowboy LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
