Casual Cowboy Shipping Policy

At Casual Cowboy, we strive to deliver your premium western lounge wear promptly and reliably. Our shipping policy is designed to provide a seamless experience, with clear options for domestic and international customers. Below are the details of our shipping process, rates, and policies.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM CDT may begin processing the next business day.

  • During peak periods, such as holidays or sales, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Rates and Options

United States

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $150 (pre-tax). Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days via USPS or UPS.

  • Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate for orders under $150. Delivery in 3-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee (e.g., $20 for 2-day delivery, $35 for overnight). Delivery in 1-2 business days, depending on the option selected.

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the order subtotal before taxes and discounts.

International

  • International Shipping: Rates vary based on destination, package weight, and shipping method, calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are not included in the shipping cost. These vary by country and are determined by local authorities.

  • We ship internationally via trusted carriers like DHL, FedEx, or USPS International.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Track your package directly through the carrier’s website or contact us at support@casualcowboy.com for assistance.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation.

Delivery Information

  • United States: Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are supported for standard shipping only.

  • International: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance. Casual Cowboy is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or global disruptions).

  • We recommend providing a secure shipping address, as Casual Cowboy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

  • We advise checking your country’s import regulations before ordering to avoid unexpected costs.

  • Casual Cowboy cannot mark international orders as “gifts” or adjust declared values to avoid customs fees, as this violates international shipping regulations.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most countries, but some destinations may be restricted due to carrier limitations or local regulations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact support@casualcowboy.com.

  • Certain items, such as oversized or custom-made products, may have limited shipping options, which will be noted at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@casualcowboy.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund, subject to investigation.

  • Casual Cowboy is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
